WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
The delivery date to the Customer's address depends on the availability of the chosen product and the shipping area. In average transport times for national delivery is about 2/3 days and for international delivery 3-5 days, but transport times can be altered by extraordinary incidents in the carrier and by difficulties in the delivery of the goods. Customized product extends the delivery time by 2/3 days. Custom products cannot be returned. You can check the status of your order online. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
CARNER BARCELONA SL guarantees the Customer the possibility of cancelling his order at any time and at no cost provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment. Otherwise, you will have to wait until you receive the order to process its return. The Customer may return any item purchased from CARNER BARCELONA SL as long as the products have not been opened or used and retain their original seal or packaging. The Customer shall have a period of fifteen working days from receipt of the order to terminate the contract and return the product purchased. The Customer shall inform CARNER BARCELONA SL within the stipulated period and by any means permitted by law, of his wish to exercise his right to terminate the contract.
