PASSEIG DE GOURMETS

 

From March 7th to 17th, Passeig de Gràcia transforms into Passeig de Gourmets to kick off the city's gastronomic festival. Ten days to enjoy and discover the culinary talent of Barcelona's most cosmopolitan street. Renowned chefs and restaurants will participate, offering unique gastronomic experiences.

 

An event that brings the finest cuisine at affordable prices in a spring edition with two outstanding ambassadors: @martinberasategui and @carme.ruscalleda.

 

The restaurants that participate in this edition, full of flavour and seasonal gastronomy, will delight the most enthusiastic foodies of the city with very interesting proposals such as the platillo's route and the tasting menus.

INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY

 

On March 8th, Barcelona joins the cause with the impactful March 8th Manifestation, in honor of International Women's Day. This vibrant event will start at Paseo de Gracia with Diagonal, unfolding a sea of voices until reaching the majestic Arc de Triomf.

 

GETAWAY TO CADAQUÉS

 

Celebrate the arrival of spring by escaping for a few days to the charming village of Cadaqués, on the Costa Brava.  

 

The best thing you can do in Cadaqués is wander through its cobblestone streets and enjoy the tranquility of the sunset at the harbor.

 

 

Visiting the Salvador Dalí House-Museum in Portlligat, is also a must. Dalí settled with his partner, Gala in this area of the Costa Brava in the 1930s. They gradually built their home on former fishermen's barracks and lived happily in it until Gala's death in 1982. Booking tickets in advance is mandatory, and you can do so through this website.
