PURPOSE
The purpose of this General Contracting Conditions document is to regulate the relationship between CARNER BARCELONA SL and you (hereinafter the Customer), relating to all transactions carried out on the website http://www.carnerbarcelona.com, the domain owned by CARNER BARCELONA SL, with VAT number: B-6529183333.
Any resale or distribution of CARNER BARCELONA products purchased on www.carnerbarcelona.com website is strictly prohibited. For any trade inquiries or orders, please contact the sales department of CARNER BARCELONA by telephone at +34 932 008 977 or by email at contact@carnerbarcelona.com.
HOW TO SHOP ONLINE
SELECT YOUR PERFUMES
Click “ADD TO CART”. To continue shopping, click on “CONTINUE SHOPPING” or if you are ready to checkout, click on “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”.
STEP 1 CHECK YOUR SHOPPING LIST
You can now review your shopping cart summary, add or delete products.
STEP 2 BILLING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
If you are a registered customer, “CLICK TO LOGIN”.
If you are a new customer, continue entering your information for express checkout. Enter your shipping address, the city, country, and zip code information for where you would like your order to be shipped and your email address.
STEP 3 CHECKOUT
Please choose your payment method: VISA/PAYPAL/BANK DEPOSIT. Click “PAY NOW” to finish the payment. If your billing address is the same as the shipping address, please check the box labeled "USE SHIPPING ADDRESS AS BILLING ADDRESS”.
ACCEPTANCE
Once your order is successfully submitted, an order confirmation page and an order number will appear on your screen. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and a second one with the original invoice of your order. You will receive an additional email with the new status of your order (preparation in progress, shipped, delivered). Once your order has been placed, it will be processed within two business days. Delivery time is 2-3 working days in Spain and 3-5 working days for international orders in Europe, the UK, Switzerland, Norway, North America, and Canada, among others.
For customized items, please add the above delivery dates for your region, with an additional 2-3 days. Returns of customized or unsealed products with cellophane, such as the Christmas Calendar, are not accepted.
SECURITY
The website uses information security techniques, such as firewalls, access control procedures, and cryptographic mechanisms, all to prevent unauthorized access to data. An SSL certificate is used on this site. The customer can operate with a credit card safely. To achieve these purposes, the client accepts that the provider obtains data for the purpose of the corresponding authentication of the access controls.
PRICES
Prices are indicated in euros and dollars. The prices applicable to each product are those indicated on the website on the date of the order, all of them including VAT (Value Added Tax for European Countries).
CARNER BARCELONA SL reserves the right to carry out, at any time and without prior notice, the modifications it deems appropriate, being able to update products and services on a daily basis depending on the market. The corresponding shipping costs are always indicated in the order. For shipments to countries outside the European Union, CARNER BARCELONA SL will not assume the costs of taxes and customs duties specific to each country. For the US and Canada, shipping costs will be indicated during the order process, we deliver DDP. The shipping costs that appear on the website when placing the order are indicative and are calculated on the basis of an average statistical weight per product. CARNER BARCELONA SL reserves the right to alter the shipping costs when the weight of the product ordered varies by more/less than 10% compared to the weight established in the order. In the event of a price variation, CARNER BARCELONA SL will notify the Customer by email of the variation, and the Customer may choose to cancel the order without any additional cost being charged.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
All purchases can be paid for, among others, with any of the credit/debit cards listed below, as well as through the different means that may be indicated in each case:

In certain cases and to prevent possible fraud, CARNER BARCELONA SL reserves the right to request a specific form of payment from a customer if the identity of the purchaser is not clearly established.
AVAILABILITY
Certain products, which are available in limited quantities, may not be available at the time of the order. This information will be supplied to the customer when the order is placed. Errors or modifications may, exceptionally, occur, notably in the event of a given product being ordered simultaneously by several customers. The customer will be informed of any unavailability of products by email, within 5 days, and may not hold CARNER BARCELONA responsible for this in any way. In the event of unavailability of the product(s) selected, the customer may either choose another article in the range or cancel his/her order. If the customer chooses to cancel the order, he/she will be reimbursed its total amount. Please be aware that it can take up to 15 working days until the refunded amount is visible in your own account.
DELIVERY
The Customer will be able to select the shipping method from the available methods in his/her shipping area. Please note that delivery times, quality of service, point of delivery, and cost will be different for each form of transport.
Carner Barcelona ships to European countries, Northern America, and Canada. Additionally, we extend our shipping services to Croatia, Norway, Romania, Andorra, Gibraltar, Monaco, Vatican and San Marino.
Please note: we do not deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Russia, Serbia, and the Virgin Islands.
We offer free shipping on all countries, with the expection of the US and Canada, where free shipping will apply on orders valued at 220$ or more. If lower than this amount, a shipping fee will apply starting from 20$.
CARNER BARCELONA SL sends the orders to its customers through different urgent transport companies of recognized national and international prestige. The delivery date to the Customer's address depends on the availability of the chosen product and the shipping area. Before confirming your order, you will be informed about the transport times. However, both may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order. In particular, transport times can be altered by extraordinary incidents in the carrier and by difficulties in the delivery of the goods.
For non-EU countries, the customer will be in charge of any additional customs cost, except in the USA, where we deliver duty paid (DDP). If the customer would like to receive the shipping in the UK, the minimum order has to be 135 pounds (equivalent value in Euros) due to Brexit regulations.

WITHDRAWAL
CARNER BARCELONA SL guarantees the Customer the possibility of canceling his order at no cost in the case that the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment. If the customer wishes to cancel his order, he can contact the brand via email at customerservice@carnerbarcelona.com.
Otherwise, the customer will have to wait until he/she receives the order to process its return. The Customer may return any item purchased from CARNER BARCELONA SL as long as the products have not been opened or used and retain their original seal or packaging; no returns are accepted for customized products or unsealed products with cellophane, such as the Christmas Calendar. The Customer shall have a period of 15 working days from receipt of the order to terminate the contract and return the product purchased.
The Customer shall inform CARNER BARCELONA SL within the stipulated period and by any means permitted by law of his wish to exercise his right to terminate the contract. The returned order must be delivered together with the delivery note and, if applicable, an invoice issued by CARNER BARCELONA SL, at the customer's expense.
In these cases, CARNER BARCELONA SL will refund the purchase money by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer.
Customer to reach out to our customer service department via email, if a product other than the one requested by the customer is delivered by mistake by CARNER BARCELONA SL. In this case, the correct product will be delivered to the customer, picking up the first one, at no additional charge to the customer. If a product has arrived to the customer broken, damaged, or in poor condition, CARNER BARCELONA SL will take care of collecting it at home, replacing it with another in good condition, without additional charges. If there is any issue with your order, please contact us via email at customerservice@carnerbarcelona.com, and we'll gladly find a solution.
CARNER BARCELONA SL makes every effort, within its possibilities, to offer the information contained on the website in a truthful manner and without typographical errors. In the event that at any time an error of this type should occur, at all times beyond the control of CARNER BARCELONA, S.L., the correction would be made immediately. If there is a typographical error in any of the prices shown and in the event that any Customer has made a purchase decision based on such error, CARNER BARCELONA SL will notify you of such error, and the Customer will have the right to cancel your purchase without any cost on your part.
The contents of the website may, from time to time, display provisional information about certain products. In the event that the information provided does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the Customer shall have the right to cancel the purchase without any cost on his part. SERVICE REQUIREMENTS
For the purchase of products, it is required only to fill in the purchase form with personal data and payment details. Once a Purchase Order has been received, CARNER BARCELONA SL will immediately send the Customer a confirmation of the purchase made to the email address indicated on the Purchase Order.
COMPANY RESPONSIBILITY
The availability of the shop depends directly on the condition of the telecommunication systems used for its publication, and in particular on the Internet network, so CARNER BARCELONA SL cannot be held responsible for any interruptions, delays, errors, or other inconveniences caused by causes beyond its control or that of its computer suppliers, including problems arising from the connection software, computer system, modem, power supply, or telecommunications networks.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CUSTOMER
The Customer undertakes to make lawful use of the Services, without contravening the legislation in event, or harming the rights and interests of third parties. The Customer guarantees the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided when filling in the contract forms, avoiding the causing of damage to CARNER BARCELONA SL as a vent of their incorrectness. It also undertakes to enable the delivery of the order requested by providing a delivery address to which the order requested can be delivered within the normal delivery times. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

In the event of any conflict or discrepancy in the interpretation or application of these conditions, the Courts and Tribunals which, where appropriate, will hear the matter, will be those which have the applicable legal regulations in terms of jurisdiction, in which the place of performance of the obligation or the place of domicile of the purchaser party is served, in the case of final consumers. All this without prejudice to the customer's right to appeal to the Consumer Arbitration Board of his district. In the case of a purchase made by a company, both parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona (Spain).
