The purpose of this General Contracting Conditions document is to regulate the relationship between CARNER BARCELONA SL and you (hereinafter the Customer), relating to all transactions carried out on the website http://www.carnerbarcelona.com, the domain owned by CARNER BARCELONA SL, with VAT number: B-6529183333.

How to shop Online

Select your perfumes

Within the section ESHOP, select the product you want to purchase and click “ADD TO CART”.
To continue shopping click on “CONTINUE SHOPPING” or if you are ready to checkout click on “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”.

Step 1 Check your shopping list

You can now review your shopping cart summary, add or delete products.

Step 2 Billing and shipping information

If you are a registered customer “CLICK TO LOGIN”.
If you are a new customer click on “CREATE AN ACCOUNT” or if you prefer an instant checkout click on “GUEST CHECKOUT”.
Enter your shipping address, the city, country and zip code information for where you would like your order to be shipped and your e-mail address.
If your billing address is different from the shipping address, please check the box labeled "USE ANOTHER ADDRES FOR INVOICE”.
If your order requires any special shipping instructions, please let us know in the "Comments" box provided
If you would like your purchase gift wrapped, please let us know in the corresponding box.

Remember to read the Terms and Conditions before finalizing the purchase and click “I AGREE TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE”, for what we understand that you accept them.

Step 3 Checkout

Please choose your payment method. VISA/PAYPAL/BANK TRANSFER.
A new screen will show up, please fill in the requested fields.
Click “SEND”/”ACCEPT” to finish the payment.

Acceptance

The purchase of the products must be made through the activation of the “I CONFIRM MY ORDER” button at the bottom of the purchase request, and expresses the total acceptance of each and every one of the General Contracting Conditions as shown on the CARNER BARCELONA SL website, prior to the purchase of the products, without the application of the new features that may occur in the clauses of the General Contracting Conditions later.

From the moment of acceptance, the user acquires the status of Customer of CARNER BARCELONA SL described in these General Terms and Conditions. Any product offered subsequently by CARNER BARCELONA SL must be the subject of a new contract.

Once your order is successfully submitted, an order confirmation page and an order number will appear on your screen.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order details and a second one with original invoice of your order.
You will receive an additional e-mail with new status of your order (preparation in progress, shipped, delivered)
Once your order has been placed, it will be processed within two business days. Shipping takes 5 to 10 business days depending on the country zone you are located.
Please keep all transaction e-mails for your récords.

Security, prices, method of payment, delivery and withdrawal:

Security

The website uses information security techniques, such as firewalls, access control procedures and cryptographic mechanisms, all in order to prevent unauthorized access of data. An SSL certificate is used in this site. The customer can operate with a credit card safely. To achieve these purposes, the client accepts that the provider obtains data for the purpose of the corresponding authentication of the access controls.

Prices

The prices applicable to each product are those indicated on the website on the date of the order all of them including VAT (Value Added Tax). The promotions shall be duly marked and identified as such, indicating the previous price and the price of the promotion accordingly.

CARNER BARCELONA SL reserves the right to carry out, at any time and without prior notice, the modifications it deems appropriate, being able to update products and services on a daily basis depending on the market.

The corresponding shipping costs are always indicated in the order. For shipments to countries outside the European Union, CARNER BARCELONA SL, will not assume the costs of taxes and customs duties specific to each country. 

The shipping costs that appear on the website when placing the order are indicative and are calculated on the basis of an average statistical weight per product CARNER BARCELONA SL, reserves the right to alter the shipping costs when the weight of the product ordered varies by more / less than 10% compared to the weight established in the order. In the event of a price variation, CARNER BARCELONA SL will notify the Customer by e-mail of the variation and the Customer may choose to cancel the order without any additional cost being charged.

Method of payment

All purchases can be paid for, among others, with any of the credit/debit cards listed below, as well as through the different means that may be indicated in each case.

In certain cases and in order to prevent possible fraud, CARNER BARCELONA SL reserves the right to request a specific form of payment from a customer if the identity of the purchaser is not clearly established.

Availability

Certain products, which are available in limited quantities, may not be available at the time of the order. This information will be supplied to the customer when the order is placed. Errors or modifications may, exceptionally, occur, notably in the event of a given product being ordered simultaneously by several customers.

The customer will be informed of any unavailability of products by e-mail, within 5 days and may not hold CARNER BARCELONA responsible for this in any way. In the event of unavailability of the product(s) selected, the customer may either choose another article in the range or cancel his/her order. If the customer chooses to cancel the order, he/she will be reimbursed as soon as we can and in any case no later than 30 days after payment of the sums by the customer.

Delivery

The Customer will be able to select the shipping method from the possible ones for his shipping area. Please note that delivery times, quality of service, point of delivery and cost will be different for each form of transport.

CARNER BARCELONA SL sends the orders to its customers through different urgent transport companies of recognized national and international prestige. The delivery date to the Customer's address depends on the availability of the chosen product and the shipping area. Before confirming your order, you will be informed about the transport times. However, both may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order. In particular, transport times can be altered by extraordinary incidents in the carrier and by difficulties in the delivery of the goods.

For no EU countries, the customer will be in charge of any additional customs cost.  

If the customer would like to receive the shipping in the UK, the minimum order has to be 135pounds (about 156euros) due to  Brexit regulations.

Customised product extends the delivery time by 2/3 days. Custom products cannot be returned.

Withdrawal

CARNER BARCELONA SL guarantees the Customer the possibility of cancelling his order at any time and at no cost provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment. Otherwise, you will have to wait until you receive the order to process its return.

The Customer may return any item purchased from CARNER BARCELONA SL as long as the products have not been opened or used and retain their original seal or packaging. 

The Customer shall have a period of fifteen working days from receipt of the order to terminate the contract and return the product purchased. The Customer shall inform CARNER BARCELONA SL within the stipulated period and by any means permitted by law, of his wish to exercise his right to terminate the contract. The returned order must be delivered together with the delivery note and, if applicable, an invoice issued by CARNER BARCELONA SL, at the customer's expense. In these cases, CARNER BARCELONA SL will refund the purchase money by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer, money order or by credit to your personal account.

If a product other than the one requested by the customer is delivered by mistake by CARNER BARCELONA SL, the correct product will be delivered to the customer, picking up the first one, at no additional charge to the customer.

If a product has arrived to the customer broken, damaged or in poor condition, CARNER BARCELONA SL will take care of collecting it at home, replacing it with another in good condition, without additional charges.

CARNER BARCELONA SL makes every effort, within its possibilities, to offer the information contained in the website in a truthful manner and without typographical errors. In the event that at any time an error of this type should occur, at all times beyond the control of CARNER BARCELONA, S.L. the correction would be made immediately. If there is a typographical error in any of the prices shown and in the event that any Customer has made a purchase decision based on such error, CARNER BARCELONA SL will notify you of such error and the Customer will have the right to cancel your purchase without any cost on your part.

The contents of the website may, from time to time, display provisional information about certain products. In the event that the information provided does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the Customer shall have the right to cancel the purchase without any cost on his part.

Service requirements

For the purchase of products and/or services, it is required only to fill in the purchase form with personal data and payment details.

Once a Purchase Order has been received, CARNER BARCELONA SL will immediately send the Customer a confirmation of the purchase made to the email address indicated on the Purchase Order.

Company Responsibility.

The availability of the shop depends directly on the condition of the telecommunication systems used for its publication, and in particular on the Internet network, so CARNER BARCELONA SL cannot be held responsible for any interruptions, delays, errors or other inconveniences caused by causes beyond its control or that of its computer suppliers, including problems arising from the connection software, computer system, modem, power supply, or telecommunications networks.

Responsibilities of the customer

The Customer undertakes to make lawful use of the Services, without contravening the legislation in force, or harming the rights and interests of third parties.

The Customer guarantees the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided when filling in the contract forms, avoiding the causing of damage to CARNER BARCELONA SL as a result of their incorrectness.

It also undertakes to enable delivery of the order requested by providing a delivery address to which the order requested can be delivered within the normal delivery times (Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:30 and 16:00 to 18:00).

Failure to comply with any of these Conditions may result in the withdrawal or cancellation of the Services by CARNER BARCELONA SL without prior notice to the Customer and without any right to compensation.

In the event of rejection of the shipment by the customer, CARNER BARCELONA SL will not refund the amount of shipping costs, being assumed by the customer.

 

Jurisdiction and applicable law

The applicable law will be the Spanish law.

In the event of any conflict or discrepancy in the interpretation or application of these conditions, the Courts and Tribunals which, where appropriate, will hear the matter, will be those which have the applicable legal regulations in terms of jurisdiction, in which the place of performance of the obligation or the place of domicile of the purchaser party is served, in the case of final consumers.

All this without prejudice to the customer's right to appeal to the Consumer Arbitration Board of his district.

In the case of a purchase made by a company, both parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona (Spain).
